Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission, applicants must normally have: 1) A relevant degree in Law, Agriculture, Environmental Science & Food Systems, Veterinary Science or any recognised wildlife-related discipline, from a recognised university; OR 2) A Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution plus a minimum of three (3) years relevant professional experience, regarded as equivalent.

Application process

Apply online at www.gzu.ac.zw: create an account, fill in personal/academic details, select your preferred programme, upload scanned certificates (academic, professional, birth) and national ID (block release/weekend school applicants also upload proof of employment), and pay a non-refundable application fee of US$10 (Undergraduate) or US$20 (Postgraduate) via Ecocash. Physical applications: obtain a form from the Admissions Office (or download from www.gzu.ac.zw), pay the same application fee, and submit with certified copies of certificates, birth certificate/national ID, and marriage certificate (where applicable) to: The Assistant Registrar, Admissions and Students Records, Great Zimbabwe University, P.O Box 1235, Masvingo (Tel +263 39 2266648/2266658/2266660/2266662, +263782780661/662, 08677004747) or the Harare Office (ZIMDEF House, Rotten Row off Mother Patrick Avenue, Office 14, Tel 08677004747 Ext 1282).
