Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (MUAST) is a public university located in Marondera, Mashonaland East Province, Zimbabwe, operating across three campuses: the CSC Campus, Marondera Campus, and Cloverhill Farm Campus. Established through an Act of Parliament in 2015, MUAST is Zimbabwe's specialised university dedicated to advancing agricultural sciences, technology, and sustainable food systems. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in agricultural sciences, biosystems engineering, applied sciences, environmental sciences, development studies, and agribusiness. Guided by Zimbabwe's Education 5.0 philosophy, MUAST integrates teaching, research, innovation, extension services, and industrialisation to develop technology-driven solutions for agriculture and rural transformation. Through its focus on smart farming, climate resilience, entrepreneurship, and value addition, the university aims to become a global centre of excellence in sustainable green agricultural solutions while producing skilled graduates who contribute to food security and economic development.
MUAST operates across 2 campuses: Marondera Campus in Marondera and CSC Campus in Marondera.
