Mlezu Agricultural College

Mlezu Agricultural College is a government agricultural training institution located in Kwekwe, Midlands Province, Zimbabwe, operating from one main campus. Established in 1958, the college operates under the Department of Agricultural Education within the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development and is affiliated with Midlands State University. Mlezu specialises in practical agricultural education, preparing students for careers in farming, agribusiness, and agricultural entrepreneurship. The college offers a three-year Diploma in Agriculture, supervisory farm management training, and short courses in areas such as poultry, dairy production, fish farming, beekeeping, mushroom production, and crop cultivation. Combining classroom learning with hands-on field experience, Mlezu Agricultural College equips graduates and practising farmers with modern skills to improve productivity, promote sustainable agriculture, and contribute to Zimbabwe's food security and rural economic development.
