Morgan Zintec Teachers College

Morgan ZINTEC Teachers' College is a government teacher training institution located in Harare, Zimbabwe, operating from one main campus in Arcadia. Established in 1981 under the Zimbabwe Integrated National Teacher Education Course (ZINTEC) programme, the college was created to address the country's post-independence shortage of qualified teachers. Operating under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, with qualifications certified through the University of Zimbabwe, the college specialises in preparing primary school educators. Morgan ZINTEC offers Diploma in Education programmes in General Primary Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD), combining academic study with structured teaching practice.
